bought a new home. the quality of your GE products are mediocre. You would think you get better quality appliances in a new build home. They work great. Ge is has dependable products. I'm surprised they weren't upgraded a little bit more with for a new home.

Fits in nicely with my other stainless appliances. The "10" power setting is less powerful than my older model GE microwave. I have to cook food longer for the same result, thus the "4" rating.

It works fine, install was relatively easy. I just hope it last. Bought a similar GE Microwave a year and 6 months later, it would not run, kept blowing the circuit. Called support, I can pay $200 for a repairman. Which doesn't make sense, This is a $200 microwave. I have rental properly with 1990's microwaves, never reapaired. Bought 4 microwaves in about 10 years for my home, they keep breaking. Modern appliances are garbage.

Loud and longer cookin

This microwave is very disappointing. The keypad scratched immediately with only using a microfiber rag. The exhaust on the two highest settings is incredibly loud. It also doesn’t seem to cook as hot, always have to add time. I would’ve returned however our contractor threw the box away

Replaces profile microwave so we went with ge because it matched our other appliances. Couldn’t get exact model. Looks like quality has slipped in past 5 years. Don’t like plastic door handle at all.

Door switch failed at just 14 months

I had to replace the previous model at just 14 months old (just out of warranty) as the door safety latch and sensor failed. The microwave would start to heat and after a few seconds would default to "pause" and not heat anymore. A service call to repair would cost over $75 since it was out of warranty plus parts and labor. I decided to replace it with the same model since the brackets to hold the microwave were already in place. If it fails again, I won't replace with a GE model.
