I’ve never really liked this microwave. It came with our appliance package with our builder. The door was really sticky and loud to close. In a split bedroom ranch, our bedroom is right off of the kitchen. There was no way to keep the microwave door quiet. There is also no setting to silence the buttons. To top it all off, it shorted last weekend after one year and three months of using it. We are now using my college microwave from 1999 which is still going strong and is actually more powerful than this one. I don’t want to see how much this one actually cost, but we’re going to have to put in a new microwave. It’s no longer under warranty. I will definitely not be buying this one again.

This microwave does not have all kinds of crazy features, and it does exactly what you wanted to do: microwave food! We like that it is not expensive!

Bought this microwave to replace one blown out by lightning! Since it was to fit an existing built in I had to order and wait a couple of weeks,... never realized how much I depended on my microwave! Love this model and enjoying the convenience. Oh and love the Slate gray, goes great with existing stainless steel appliances and a lot less maintenance!

I've had this microwave for 6 months now and I am very happy with it. I replaced the incandescent bulbs with dimmable leds that I found on Amazon, perfect fit and they dim without flickering. No more hot glass. The interior size is very accommodating to large dishes. I like that the turntable can be turned off for large dishes. Heats very evenly and quickly. The only issue I and especially my husband have is the control panel is not illuminated and the printing is very light making the numbers very hard to see even in daylight let alone at night. I have gotten to know where the most used buttons are and can hit them without reading them. {I look for fingerprints on the panel, lol} Other than that it works and looks great

This microwave was very easy to install for one person. I just bought a house that had no microwave, so I had to drill holes in the wall and cabinets. With the stencil that was provided, I was confident to install this item by myself. Very quite unit, and it makes my wife very happy.
