As a result of installing this oven we have an additional 3" of internal width and 3" of internal depth as compared to our old model and the external dimensions are the same and it required NO cabinet modifications. 3 inches may not sound like a lot but it has made a huge difference. Pans that wouldn't fit before now do. Pans that were once snug not have plenty of room. It also is just beautiful with great features. Very happy!

Great, except remote software fried the controller

The oven works wonderfully, but unfortunately it has only worked wonderfully for 2 weeks out of the five we have had it. I downloaded the remote controlling app on my phone, it started to update itself, the update failed (on Thanksgiving), and that fried (apparently the firmware) the oven's controller, so it wouldn't work manually. It took us hours on the phone with tech support and then weeks waiting for a service person and then a part to get it back operating, and now we are scared to death to try to download the software and try again to use the remote control feature.

We just installed this new oven. Good instructions, started right up, but the doors don't close all the way. The upper door, in fact, wants to stay about 1/4" open.

This set of GE ovens replaced a set that was 28 years old. What a difference! Touch screen, roller racks, steam cleaning, all kinds of cooking choices and the quality is outstanding. They look very nice as well. I do wish the alert chimes were louder for these old ear!
