We have had this microwave for less than two months and have had six appointments to fix it - time and money and energy wasted. It's never worked correctly and now doesn't even turn on. I received the wrong part three times and finally the right part and still not working.

Monogram thinks it is convenient to mount the instructions inside the drawer at 34 inches in a less than 1/8" font (yes I measured!)

This is a nice design and worked fine for two years. Unfortunately the drawer front no longer closes properly so it doesn’t engage the magnetron without leaning against it. The repair person checked and the only repair alternative is to replace the entire drawer mechanism at a cost of over $500. This oven was well cared for and gently handled - no reason for failure. Unacceptable
