- Prepare the grill
- Activate the thermometer using the magnetic tool

- Grill the steak (ideally using a combination of direct and indirect heat), turning ocassionally
- Remove the steak from the grill when the LED changes to a rapid double flash in the color that represents the desired temperature
- Rest the steak until the LED stops flashing, then serve at the perfect doneness
Product Description
This German made electronic thermometer makes grilling a steak to the perfect doneness easy. It is amazingly accurate and very simple to use. Eliminate the guesswork so that you can serve masterfully-grilled steaks every time.The LED indicator will double-flash when it is time to remove the steak from the grill. A green light indicates medium-rare, yellow indicates medium and red indicates medium-well. The thermometer will also monitor the resting period. Once the light stops flashing, the steak is ready to serve.
