A powerful infrared burner is located along the back wall of the grill and blasts even, infrared heat onto food so they can retain most of their natural juices and flavor. This infrared burner is especially helpful while using the motorized rotisserie kit. It distributes direct, infrared heat as the food spins around on the rotisserie rod provided, basting itself as it spins.
