I am very pleased with this range. The heat is more powerful than my old range so I had to get used to the settings. The cooking now is so much better and recipes are now turning out perfectly. Overall this is a great appliance.

I do love this range; I was so excited that it has a steam clean option for the oven in addition to the self cleaning feature. It didn’t perform nearly as well as I hoped it would. Overall, an awesome range, just wish the steam clean worked better

When I got the stove, I had it installed professionally since it was gas. The first time I used the oven, I smelled gas, got an immediate blinding headache which lasted several hours and was nauseous. I assumed it was because it was the first time being used. The second time I used the oven, I immediately smelled gas, instant blinding headache and nauseous. I called Piedmont Gas and they said the oven was giving off high levels of carbon monoxide. I called THD through my warranty and they sent a repair person. He said the oven was not set correctly if ever set and was giving out too much gas which was causing the problem with the carbon monoxide. He fixed the problem.

Upon delivery one of the burners would not ignite. GE repairman came and fixed it pretty promptly. Goods great, we like the features. Only disappointment is that both of the big burners are in the front. Would like at least one in the back, and apparently lots of other buyers agree, even across brands. Would be nice if they would offer two models, with a choice of where the buyer would like them.
