The Fagor Premium Pressure Cooker gives you the flexibility to cook more delicious meals for a one-pot experience. The 5 built-in programmed settings allow you to cook beans, meat, white rice, brown rice and risotto to perfection. Simply load the ingredients, press the desired setting and wait for a homemade meal in minutes. Additional assist functions such as brown, saut?, simmer, steam and keep warm have been added, as well as a time delay feature.

- The control panel has a digital display that shows time, indicator lights to show when pressure or temperature is building and when it has been reached, and plus and minus buttons to adjust time.
- The Premium Pressure Cooker comes with cooking assist functions that help make your one pot meals. Before you use a cooking program, you can saute, simmer, brown, and steam. There is also a keep warm and time delay function for added convenience.
- The pressure cooking program drastically reduces cooking time. Food will maintain its natural color and flavor, while cooking your meals in up to 70% less time. The Premium Pressure Cooker also has a Rice Cooking function and Cooking Assist functions.
- The Premium Pressure Cooker comes with a non-stick removeable inner pot that is dishwasher safe.
- The Premium Pressure Cooker has a self-locking lid that locks with the turn of the handle. The lid will remain locked while there is pressure inside the unit ad will only open when all pressure has been released.
