The BG500C grill/ griddle is a 2-in-1 ceramic coated grill and griddle with a die-cast nonstick plate. Its ribbed side is ideal for optimally grilled meats and fish (steaks, chops, hamburgers, sausages, salmon, etc.). Its flat side is ideal for healthy vegetables as well as delicious eggs, bacon, omelets and cheese. - An integrated fat collector with a large capacity that is also dishwasher safe.
- A fat spray/splash protector and 1 spatula to drain the fat
- The unique ceramic durastone coating provides
- 2/3 of the plate is grill and 1/3 is griddle so you can cook a whole meal at the same time.
- Unique feature for healthy cooking. Slight inclination catches grease and fat through the centrol holes. It's collected in the integrated drip tray
- High thermal conductivity; excellent plate uniformity of temperature; high resistance anti-scratching.
- 2/3 of the plate is grill and 1/3 is griddle in order to be able to cook different types of food at the same time (15.8 x 11.8 in.).
